Hey there! I’m sorry,to report that there are not currently any retail locations that carry CatGenie supplies. However, you can easily order supplies online at a few different locations. How long can I store my maintenance cartridge after using it once? Do you recommend that I store it in a certain way?

 

Carlos here, great question! I’m happy to report that the cartridges do not expire. You can stock up on as many of them as you want and then store them for as long as necessary. However, once they have been punctured, it is best to store them upside down. This will prevent the cartridge from leaking when not in use. Sniff sniff- hmm, is that tuna I smell? Can I run the CatGenie without a sani-solution cartridge?

 

The CatGenie will not run without a sani-solution cartridge, so make sure that you always have a back up on hand. You can also check the number of washes you have left on your current cartridge by pressing and holding the auto setup and start button at the same time for one second. Uh oh, my bladder says that it’s time for me to go- thank goodness my CatGenie is just a hop and a leap away. Bye!

Can I refill an empty sani-solution cartridge?

 

Hey there! The cartriges are not refillable. In fact, once the cartridge has been empty, it will continue to read as empty even if you tried to refill it. I hope that helped, thanks!

    I live in the UK have six cat genies but can no longer get any granules to top up. Where can I get my supplies from? I order six boxes at the very start of August but have not received them. Have been in touch with the UK supplier but nothing.
