Carlos, How long is the drain hose? Can I make it longer?
The drain hose is 9 feet in length., and unfortunately it cannot be lengthened. Lengthening the hose can cause draining issues, and we definitely would not want that! But not to worry, the 9 foot hose should be plenty long enough to comfortably install your CatGenie.

Howdy, Carlos here! It is a good idea to leave the toilet seat up when the toilet is not in use. Alternatively, you could buy higher pads for underneath your toilet seat., or you can keep your CatGenie next to your washing machine.if you prefer. What does the GenieBall do?
Good question. The GenieBall positions itself above the solid waste after water fills up the hopper. When the draining begins, the ball will “bounce” on top of the solid waste to push it into the impeller and break it down. The unit can then flush properly. Thanks for your question!
